Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail to every client she works with. Known for being reliable, diligent and personable, Rachel takes the time to understand each client’s needs and provide clear, practical guidance.
Payroll Specialist
Callum looks after our payroll clients, ensuring every detail is handled with efficiency and care. He takes pride in removing the stress from payroll, giving clients one less thing to worry about. Alongside this, Callum supports the team with accounts and tax returns. Known for his approachable manner and reliability, he’s always happy to help and answer any questions along the way.
Accountant
Jamie graduated from university with a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting and is working towards becoming both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. Highly motivated and dedicated, Jamie combines deep technical knowledge with a friendly and approachable manner. He is always on hand to help clients navigate complex financial and tax matters with confidence and ease.
VAT Senior
Laurence ‘Loz’ is the first point of contact for anything VAT related at Findlay Todd. During our busy periods, Loz is also on hand to help with individual and partnership accounts, as well as tax returns. He has over 20 years’ accounting experience, is highly knowledgeable and, even though he supports Sunderland, he is a fantastic asset to our office.
Administrative Assistant
With extensive experience in a variety of administrative roles, Joanne ensures that operations run smoothly at Findlay Todd. She is often the cheerful voice you hear when you call, and she goes out of her way to make new clients feel welcome and supported from day one. Joanne’s approachable nature and can-do attitude make her an invaluable part of the team.

Alex is highly knowledgeable and brings a strong depth of expertise to every client he supports. From VAT and compliance to advising limited companies, Alex ensures clients have the guidance they need to make confident financial decisions. Accountant
You’ll often find Natalie working closely with clients on their tax returns, using her extensive knowledge to ensure they receive everything they’re entitled to whilst staying fully compliant. She also provides vital support with limited companies during our busiest periods. Natalie always takes the time to listen and provide clear, tailored guidance. Her deep understanding of her field, dedicated nature and genuine care make her a huge asset to our team.

After 10 years in teaching and leadership, Amy made an exciting career change, bringing with her a strong sense of organisation, high expectations and incredible dedication. In her role, Amy’s focus is on strengthening partnerships, helping us deliver the best possible service, ensuring clear communication, spotting new opportunities for collaboration and making sure every client feels supported every step of the way.

Milo is the heart and paws of our team, proudly serving as our Chief Barketing Executive. With a nose for trends and a tail that never stops wagging, he keeps spirits high and morale even higher. Whether he’s brainstorming over belly rubs, networking at the park on his lunch break, or sniffing out the next big idea, Milo ensures Findlay Todd always stays pawsitive.
